This year I am taking on 30-40 new clients. And since I am usually booked up several weeks in advance, it is best if you can call me a month or two before you want your project started.

Because I get so many inquiries during the busy building season (May through December), it may take me a few days to return your call. So please give me 3 to 4 days to get back to you -- or give it a day if my answering machine gets maxed out. Oh, and if you are calling from a cell phone, give me your evening phone number twice at the beginning of your message -- 'cuz sometimes the numbers fade in and out as you switch between cells.

Since many of my web visitors live outside the Los Angeles building area, I hope my design guides, articles and links help you create a great design and find the right builder. It is my way of helping people I'll never meet -- by sharing information. Unfortunately, because the commute times are so long and I build everything on site at my clients' homes, I only build in the Los Angeles area -- throughout Los Angeles County.
