I want my clients to be delighted with all the phases of construction. So I provide a "worry free" process which makes it easy for my clients to feel totally comfortable leaving the building process and the keys to their house in my hands.

This allows you to focus on the things that matter to you instead of having to worry about how the building is going and what your contractor is doing all day.

One Man Operation

Since I do all the estimating, design, building and billing -- the only guy you need to talk to is me. So you will not have the problem of a horde of workers you have never met tromping through your backyard. Or struggle to get your questions answered or make design changes because the contractor you talk to is off on another job.

One Project At A Time

Unlike other contractors with big crews who switch between jobs, I work on one job at a time. That means when I start a job I stay on it until it is finished. So if your project takes 5 work days it should be done in a week -- instead of spread out over several weeks.

A Good Steward of Your Property

While I am on site, I believe in looking out for my clients' property, interests and privacy. This runs the range from making sure that all the doors and windows are locked when I leave to signing for expected UPS packages.

Only Good Surprises When You Get Home Each Night

The only thing that should surprise you is how well the project is going. And since the work usually is completed quickly, I like to have a final design before I start building -- which means there are fewer surprises and costly design changes and the inconvenience of construction is minimized.
